These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website at foilprint.com and any quote request you submit through it.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These terms are entered into by you and Nu-Foilprint Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of Quebec, with its place of business at 16895 Hymus Blvd, Kirkland, Quebec H9H 3L4.

2. Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only, and in a manner consistent with these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers, or any connected systems
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
• Use any automated system to access the website in a way that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce

3. Our intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, all content on this website, including text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, icons, page layout, and the Foilprint name and logo, is owned by or licensed to Nu-Foilprint Inc. and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view and print pages from this website for your own reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Product photographs displayed on this website show work produced for our clients. The brands and logos appearing on those products belong to their respective owners and are shown for illustration only.

4. Quote requests are not orders

Submitting a quote request through this website is a request for information. It is not an order, and it does not create a contract between you and Foilprint.

We will review your request and respond with a quote. A quote is an estimate based on the information you provide. If the details of your project change, including quantity, artwork, materials, or timelines, the price may change.

Unless the quote states otherwise, a quote is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued.

No work begins and no contract is formed until we have confirmed your order in writing and, where applicable, received your approval of the artwork proof.

5. Artwork you send us

This section is important. Please read it carefully.

You confirm you have the right to use the artwork. When you upload or send us any logo, image, design, text, trademark, or other material, you confirm that you own it, or that you hold all the rights, licences, and permissions necessary to have it reproduced on the products you are ordering.

You are responsible for third party rights. We do not verify ownership of the artwork you send us. We rely entirely on your confirmation.

Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nu-Foilprint Inc., its directors, officers, and employees, from any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from any allegation that artwork you supplied infringes the intellectual property rights, personality rights, or other rights of any person.

We may decline work. We reserve the right to refuse any project, at our sole discretion, including where we believe the artwork may infringe the rights of a third party, or where the content is unlawful or offensive.

You keep ownership of your artwork. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your artwork to us. We use it only to produce the goods you have ordered.

Artwork requirements. For the cleanest results, artwork should be supplied print ready as an EPS, PSD, or high resolution JPG file. Design fees may apply where we are asked to create, redraw, or substantially modify artwork.

Proof approval is your responsibility. Where we provide a proof, it is your responsibility to check it carefully, including spelling, sizing, colour, placement, and the product selected. Once you approve a proof, you accept responsibility for its contents, and we produce the order as approved.

6. Pricing, quotes, and charges

• Prices quoted do not include applicable taxes or transportation, unless expressly stated
• Prices are subject to change
• Setup charges may apply, including charges for additional images and for personalization. Any setup charge applicable to your order is confirmed in your quote before production begins
• Minimum order quantities apply to most products
• Design fees may apply where artwork services are required

The specific prices, charges, minimums, and terms that apply to your project are those set out in the written quote we provide to you. Where a quote conflicts with this website, the quote prevails.

7. Production, colour, and delivery

Custom decorating is a manufacturing process, and some variation is inherent to it. You acknowledge that:

• Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary
• Colours may vary from what appears on your screen, in printed proofs, or between production runs, due to differences in materials, inks, substrates, and monitors
• Image placement may vary slightly from piece to piece within accepted manufacturing tolerances
• Where you supply the products to be decorated, we are not responsible for defects in those products, and we do not warrant that any given product will accept a particular decorating method

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supplier delays, transportation disruptions, equipment failure, labour disruption, severe weather, or acts of government.

8. Website provided as is

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

While we work to keep the information on this website accurate and current, we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, that the content is complete, accurate, or up to date, or that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or harmful components.

Information on this website is general in nature. It does not constitute advice, and it should not be relied on as the sole basis for any decision. Product descriptions, capabilities, and specifications are illustrative and may change.

9. Limitation of liability
