Our digital printing department is equipped with the latest generation of LED UV curing technology. Our equipment is ideally suited for short production runs on a wide variety of materials and substrates. The advantage of digital printing is that films and printing plates are not required, thus, keeping costs very affordable for low volume production. A quicker turnaround time between orders is another cost advantage. Our equipment can print up to 455mm x 560mm (18″ x 22″) and 150mm (6″) in part height.

Digital printing allows for more effective print management. Digital printing is very time-effective since the set-up time required to start printing an order is very minimal. With digital printing, clients can “prototype” at a low cost before deciding on their final graphics. Variable data printing is another cost advantage offered by the digital printing process.
